Egan was an interesting character in previous books and his fascination for Sofia, was sweet and funny. But now we get to see just how deep his feelings for her are. He was willing to wait as long as she needed. But the wait is finally over, and he’s got her where he wants her, in his arms. When danger comes knocking, he’ll move heaven and earth to keep her safe.
Sofia has been pushing Egan away for too long. She’s tired of fighting her feelings and when she lets go of her fears, she realizes just how much she missed out.
But dangerous people want to take her away from him. She must put all her trust in him to survive. And when the dust settles, both can finally have all they ever wanted – a beautiful life in each other’s arms.

Meet Melanie
New York Times/USA Today bestselling author Melanie Moreland, lives a happy and content life in a quiet area of Ontario with her beloved husband of thirty-plus years and their rescue cat, Amber. Nothing means more to her than her friends and family, and she cherishes every moment spent with them.
While seriously addicted to coffee, and highly challenged with all things computer-related and technical, she relishes baking, cooking, and trying new recipes for people to sample.
